Included in the list is the entire state. Illinois Probate Law requires certificatioin for every Guardian by the Center for Guardianship Certification within six months after appointment.

My experience with Jennifer Miller is that she apparently does not feel the need to return calls, most likely because she will not be held accountable.
Jennifer Miller feels like she can get away with talking to family members like they are her subordinates and I also feel she is extremely prejudice. So when you see the name Jennifer Miller, it would probably be a good idea to ask for a replacement.
