Included in the list is the entire state. Illinois Probate Law requires certificatioin for every Guardian by the Center for Guardianship Certification within six months after appointment.

Pam Balmes and Joe Vogler come highly recommended. Keep up the great work in caring for the elderly disabled.
Pam never answered my phone calls. Never had a meeting with me or my grandmother.My grandmother was put in a nursing home where she died 3 months later. She didn't die from her cancer , she died from starvation ! See, she broke her arm in their and could not feed herself. Then she was injected medicine 6 times a day where's starve to death on a drugged out coma. She had mesotheleoma and a claim was filed. And Pamela never showed up to court after her death. maybe a guilty conscience.
