This guy uses the eldery to benefit for himself. He is not out to help the eldery stay in their home, he pushes for them to go into a nursing home right after he gets guardianship of their fiances. He sells every thing they have through the real estate firm he is working for crist & Associate Auction & Realty.
From Matt Myrick. It is unfortunate that this person feels this way; however, I have only placed one person in a nursing home since becoming Public Guardian and that was because she had run out of money and could no longer stay in her home. The remainder of my wards have been in skilled facilities and several had to have their assets sold to make them eligible for Medicaid. In addition, all real and personal property sales must be approved by the Court and the Court Appointed Guardian ad Litem. The poster obviously knows who I am and has my contact information. That person can contact me anytime to discuss their concerns.
