Included in the list is the entire state. Illinois Probate Law requires certificatioin for every Guardian by the Center for Guardianship Certification within six months after appointment.

This Guardian ignores loved ones, and instead chooses to go along with the lies, and reports of Nursing Home Staff, and the Hospital(s) the Patient ends up in. The Patient ends up suffering needlessly.

The Patient ends up suffering needlessly.
Her inaction, and abuse of authority led to the death of an innocent Ward.
A patient in a Nursing Home died as a direct result of this State Guardian failing to fulfill her duties as a Guardian.
