Included in the list is the entire state. Illinois Probate Law requires certificatioin for every Guardian by the Center for Guardianship Certification within six months after appointment.

I met this woman a few weeks ago and she is absolutely lovely. She is very thorough, informative, patient with the judge. She's an absolute gem!
