Included in the list is the entire state. Illinois Probate Law requires certificatioin for every Guardian by the Center for Guardianship Certification within six months after appointment.

The Cook County Guardianship Abuse Victim's Manual is a blog which contains resources for reporting banks, guardians, attorneys, and others involved in unethical and illegal guardianship proceedings.
For the Thomas and Leedester Pool cases above, the representative for MB Financial Bank (guardian of the estates) is:
