Get your facts straight as Chwala was never appointed guardian in Case No. 2008 P 004838. She along with several other individuals was being considered as a possible guardian. Someone on this blog should verify the facts before reporting falsities to hurt others on this blog.
This is a sad case. After the expert nurse witness testified, this patient received a very large malpractice settlement. The settlement resulted in a guardianship in the Cook County Probate Court and extensive legal fees have been paid out to the expert nurse witness' colleagues.

Thank you for confirming that Pamela Chwala was involved with 08 P 4838. No one said that she was guardian, they said it was a case she was involved in that should be investigated further.
